Here is a list of some of the questions we are commonly asked. Please feel free to

Q. What type of work do you do?A. We
provide landscape maintenance services to families and homeowners that include scheduled weekly service, selective and natural
pruning, lawn renovation, color spots, and general clean-ups.
Q. I don't live in the area,
but my property is there, can you still help me?
A. Absolutely, we have several customers that live out of town.
Some even on the East Coast! We are more than happy to serve you as well. Often we communicate via email and digital pictures.
Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes, we carry appropriate business, state, and federal licenses. We
are licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture to apply pesticides.
Q. Why do you use pesticides?
A. We feel when used responsibly, by using the right product, with the right amount, at the right time they will
not harm the environment. If you would prefer us not to use them, let us know at the time of the quote.
Q.
What areas do you serve?
A. Primarily Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and the surrounding areas. We do travel for larger
projects, clean-ups and pruning.
Q. What types of equipment and products do you use?
A. We
try to stay ahead of the curve ball, and use the latest technologies and techniques available. We use professional grade equipment,
products and supplies.
Q. How do you bill?
A. Regular maintenance customers are billed on
the 1st and payment is due by the 20th. Others are usually billed at the time of service. In some instances a deposit, usually
equal to 1/2 of the total is required.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept
checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. and American Express
Q. When do you come?
A.
Our regular scheduled maintenance customers are typically serviced once per week March to October and at least oncper per
month in the off season. We have routes set up and service certain parts of town on certain days. All others are scheduled
as required. Weather can cause re-scheduling.
