Q.) What type of work do you do?

We provide landscape maintenance services to families, small businesses, property managers and commercial properties that include scheduled weekly service, selective and natural pruning, and general cleanups.

Q.) I do not live in the area, but my property is there, can you still help me?

Absolutely, we have several customers that live out of town. We are more than happy to serve you as well. Often we communicate via email and digital pictures.

Q.) Are you licensed?

Yes, we carry appropriate business, state, and federal licenses. We are licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture to apply pesticides, and by the Department of Labor and Industries as a licensed contractor.

Q.) Why do you use pesticides?

We feel when used responsibly, by using the right product, wit the right amount, at the right time, they will not harm the environment. If you would prefer that they not be used, please let us know ahead of time.

Q.) What areas do you serve?

Primarily Olympia, Lacey. Tumwater and the surrounding areas. We do travel for larger projects, clean-up and pruning.

Q.) What types of equipment and products do you use?

We try to stay ahead of the curve, and use the latest technologies and techniques available. We use professional grade equipment, product and supplies.

Q.) How do you bill?

Regular maintenance customers are billed on the 1st and payment is due by the 20th. Others are usually billed at the time of service. In some instances a deposit, usually equal to 1/2 of the total is required.

Q.) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q.) When do you come?

Our regular scheduled maintenance customers are typically serviced once per week March to October and at least once per month in the off-season. We have routes set up and service parts of town on certain days. All others are scheduled as required.

We just finished our independent inspection… and I personally wanted to thank you and your grounds crew for a wonderful job or maintaining and the upkeep of our three properties. We received major kudos on our flower beds and overall landscape. The inspector took a lot of pictures and was very complimentary on the beautification or our properties and we have you and your grounds crew to thank!
