Q.) What type of work do you do?
We provide full-service commercial landscape maintenance services to small businesses, property managers, apartment complexes, and commercial and industrial properties. Our services include:
- Weekly lawn mowing and general turf care
- Lawn fertilization
- Maintenance for your small trees and ornamental shrubs
- Installing and maintaining annuals and perennials for seasonal color
- Fall leaf clean-up
- Weed and moss control for turf and ornamental landscape beds
- Irrigation maintenance and repair
- Water-saving irrigation retrofits and upgrades
- Minor projects and enhancements to protect your asset, reduce liability and enhance the safety and security of your landscape
Q.) Are you a Washington State licensed contractor?
Yes, we carry appropriate business, state, and federal licenses. The Washington State Department of Agriculture licenses us to apply pesticides and the Department of Labor and Industries as a licensed contractor.
Q.) Why do you use pesticides?
As a licensed pesticide applicator in Washington State, we apply pesticides safely for our clients, their customers, and our employees. We feel that when used responsibly, using the right product, with the right amount, at the right time, they will not harm the environment. If you would prefer that pesticides not be used, please let us know ahead of time.
Q.) What areas do you serve?
We provide commercial lawn care and grounds maintenance along the I-5 corridor in Lewis and Thurston counties in the South Puget Sound, including:
- Lacey
- Olympia
- Tumwater
- Hawks Prairie
- Centralia
- Chehalis
- Rochester
- Grand Mound
Q.) I am out of state, but my business property is in your service area. Can you still help me?
Absolutely! We have several customers who live out of town and are more than happy to serve you. We often communicate via email, text, and other modern communication technologies to keep you up to date with your property.
Q.) What types of equipment and products do you use?
As a commercial lawn services and grounds management company, we try to stay ahead of the curve and use the latest technologies and techniques available. We use professional-grade equipment, product, and supplies. We emphasize providing high-quality and frequent training for ourselves and our staff to provide the best service for your property. We value supporting the local economy by using local vendors and suppliers whenever possible.
Q.) How do you bill?
Regular maintenance customers are billed on the 1st, and payment is due by the 20th. Others are invoiced at the time of service. In some instances, a deposit, usually equal to 1/2 of the total, will be required.
Q.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Q.) When do you come?
Our regular scheduled maintenance customers are typically serviced once per week from March through November and at least once per month in the off-season. We have routes set up and service certain areas on certain days. All others are scheduled as required.
