LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
This is the core of what we do. Regular visits March through October, monthly services through the winter, tailored to your property - from straightforward mowing and trimming to full, all - inclusive care. You get a consistent crew who knows your property, a single point of accountability, and a schedule you never have to think about.
ENHANCEMENTS
Landscape changes - plantings age out, beds need a refresh, a corner of the property finally needs that project you’ve been putting off. Our enhancement crew handles the upgrades and small projects that keep your property improving year over year, without you needing to find and vet a separate contractor.
SEASONAL PRUNE & CLEAN-UP
Spring and fall resets to keep your landscape healthy and looking its best. This includes bed clean-out, professional pruning of trees, shrubs and perennials, and mulching - whatever your property to come back into shape for the season ahead.
IRRIGATION, INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM
For properties enrolled in the landscape maintenance program, we also manage your irrigation system - checks, adjustments, and repairs - so your landscape stays healthy without a separate vendor to coordinate. (Not offered as a standalone service.)
