Transform your yard with Buds and Blades! They took my outdoor space from drab to fab. My grass was struggling, overtaken by weeds, but Rick and his team replaced the dead patches with fresh sod. Rick had a knack for envisioning exactly what would make my lawn and flower beds shine. They added river rock to enhance the look and reduce weed growth in the beds. When heat stress affected some of the grass, Buds and Blades responded promptly—someone was on site the same day I called for advice. I learned about Buds & Blades at a City of Lacey sponsored event that provides information and resources to HOAs. Customers of Buds & Blades receive one-on-one time with the owner Rick Longnecker, who spends as much time as needed to answer questions, provide professional recommendations, and make suggestions when needed. He recently, upgraded Greenbriar Estates 25-year-old irrigation system with new heads and nozzles, along with repositioning a dozen heads. The employee who worked on the system was very experienced and was able to problem solve an unforeseen situation involving tree roots. After the work was completed, Rick followed up to see that everything was working properly. In our case there were clogged sprinklers that needed to be cleaned out, which were subsequently taken care of the next day. The HOA was very pleased with the results, and with Buds & Blades’ professionalism.

They were knowledgeable and got everything in good working order; they were patient, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain to me how to adjust my system, sprinkler heads and other parts of my system. I will be able to get my yard in shape now. I am appreciative of the quality work they did and their customer service. I would recommend Buds and Blades for sure.

I put in a drought resistant lawn this past summer. I wasn’t really prepared for the fall leaves. In my mind I was sure BnB would not be blowing the leaves off the gravel. My husband and I were trying to decide how to do that ourselves. I came home Tuesday afternoon and ‘Voila’ the leaves had been blown away!! And not by the wind. Needless too say those dear hard working men and the wonderful company they work for did it. Just a note to say thank you and how very kind you are to have done that. A tree fell on top of our cars and they were super quick getting here and cutting away at the tree! They were speedy and professional! Great experience!!

These guys are very professional. They are on time and do the work as agreed to. They do our grass cutting and trimming right on schedule. We also had them install pavers on our driveway. They did an excellent job, it looks good and drains well in our rainy climate. Would recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable and professional job.

Just wanted to say “Thanks!” to your crew for a great job today. I don’t know how many barrels of leaves they raked up around the yard, but I’m pretty sure your trucks were FULL when they finished! I went out to see how they were doing and when they asked me how things looked now, I jokingly said “Oh, it looks a little bit better!” And then I said thanks and handed them a little pot of fir cones to dump out. Then I went inside to get them each a bottle of water for their efforts, and when I came back out they were already gone. So please say thanks again to them for me.
